The production process of alloy strips mainly includes powder milling, ball milling, pressing, and sintering. If the customer has tolerance requirements, there is still a grinding and polishing process.

4. Excellent denseness, strength, and hardness indexes: low-pressure sintering technology effectively eliminates the pores in the long bar to make the quality more stable.

5. Using deep cooling treatment technology, the internal metallographic organization of the long bar can be improved, and the internal stress can be greatly eliminated to avoid cracks during the cutting and forming process of the product.
