Factory Visit from A Long-term Cooperative Customer

“It is always a pleasure to meet a friend from afar.” Recently, ZZbetter has welcomed a long-term cooperative customer from Europe. After three years of global pandemic, we finally get to meet our customers. 

One day in 2015, Amanda received an inquiry about carbide grits and other products related to oil drilling from Jason, and this is when our story with Jason began. At beginning, Jason only placed a little number of orders. But after he met Amanda in 2018 at one of the exhibitions, the quantity of the orders increased.

On May 9th 2023, Jason arrived at ZZbetter to visit our factory. This tour is not only for checking our factory, but also to increase the trust between both of us, and Jason is starting a new project so he wanted to talk about new cooperation with us.

Accompanied by the heads and staff of various departments, Jason visited the company's production workshop. During the visit, our company's accompanying personnel gave detailed product introductions to customers and provided professional answers to customers' questions. Rich professional knowledge and well-trained working ability have also left a deep impression on Jason. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on future cooperation, hoping to achieve a win-win and common development in the proposed cooperation project in the future.

After a further understanding of the company’s scale strength, research and development capabilities and product structure, Jason expressed recognition and praise for ZZbetter’s production workshop environment, orderly production process, strict quality control system and advanced processing equipment. During the visit, the relevant technical personnel of the ZZbetter gave detailed answers to various questions raised by Jason. The rich professional knowledge and enthusiastic working attitude also left a deep impression on Jason. 

After the visit, we took Jason to a local restaurant and try some local food. Moreover, we took him to some famous local scenic spots in Zhuzhou. According to Jason, he has visited a few different factories and companies in China, but ZZbetter impressed him the best.   

Overall, the visit was a wonderful memory for both sides. Jason shared a lot of stories of him and his family with us, and we also talked about a lot apart from work. This visit promotes the closer relationship of both sides. And we genuinely welcome our customers to come and visit our basement here in Zhuzhou city, Hunan province of China, hope to see you in the near future.
