Tungsten carbide composite rod is made of cemented carbide tips and Ni/Ag(Cu)alloy. Composite welding rods are acknowledged throughout oil drilling, mining and construction industry.They can be used in stabilizers, reamers, drill pipe joints, construction drilling, hydraulic-cutter, pipe cutter blades, core bit, scraper, twist drill, milling and grinding shoes etc.

Tungsten carbide grit provides long lasting wear protection in areas of high abrasive wear. It is used to protect costly parts such as bulldozer blades, bucket teeth, wood grinding hammers, trencher teeth, and a wide variety of other consumable components. Tungsten Carbide grit is an efficient means of protecting machinery and machinery parts by providing a significant increase in the longevity of those parts. This decreases downtime and reduces the cost involved with unprotected parts.

Carbide wear inserts, we have various shapes, such as carbide round inserts, half-round inserts, square inserts, rectangle inserts, triangle inserts, octagon inserts, oval inserts, carbide star inserts, and carbide pyramid inserts. Common applications are stabilizers, junk mills, under reaming blades, casing exit tools and thru-tubing mills.

Flexible welding rope is made from cast tungsten carbide , spherical cast tungsten carbide or a mixture of the two as hard phase, self-fluxing nickel alloy powder for the bonding phase, according to a certain proportion of mixed bonding, extrusion molding, drying, then manufactured on the nickel wire .
